McDuffie Regional Medical Center just couldn't do without them. The hospital auxiliary will hold the 27th Annual Tree of Love caroling and lighting celebration Tuesday, Dec. 1.

President Obama signed the bill Friday that includes tax incentives to prospective homebuyers -- extending the benefit for first-time buyers and expanding the credit to existing homeowners.

An icon is leaving Augusta. Husqvarna Outdoor Products Inc. has already started the relocation of its North American headquarters from Augusta to Charlotte, N.C., the result of a global reorganization plan by the Swedish-based lawn and garden equipment maker.
